The Kitchen: Barry’s Oink Rub

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Cayenne
- 5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 5 tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 3 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 3 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Dried Chipotle
- 1 tbsp Dried Mustard
- 3 tbsp Onion powder
- 3 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
Pulse 3 times in a food processor then store in a shaker. Oink rub is all you need for ribs, pork chops or pork shoulder. If doing ribs, apply 24hrs a head of time then store in fridge in large plastic bag. The next day re-apply Oink rub before slow cooking ribs at 250 degrees for 3 hours.
